Information you provide directly: your name, email address, billing address, phone number (optional), and account password when you register or make a purchase. We also collect your MetaTrader 5 account numbers when you activate your license.
Payment information: credit/debit card payments are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by our crypto payment provider. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or cryptocurrency wallet keys on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations, amounts, and order references.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, we may collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and device information. This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
License and usage data: when you use the PrismAlgo EA, our cloud servers receive your MT5 account number, broker server name, and connection status for license validation and system configuration. We do not collect or store your trading data, account balance, trade history, or broker login credentials.
