By accessing or using PrismAlgo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
PrismAlgo ("we", "our", "us") is a cloud-connected algorithmic trading system that operates as an Expert Advisor (EA) on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. PrismAlgo is operated by Algorithmic Trading Solutions. Our website is located at prismalgo.com.
PrismAlgo is a trading tool — not a financial advisor, broker, or fund manager. We do not manage your funds, execute trades on your behalf outside of the EA's automated functionality on your own trading account, or provide personalised financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PrismAlgo. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that forex and CFD trading is permitted in your country of residence.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using automated trading software and trading forex/CFDs complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
When you purchase a PrismAlgo license, you will be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Upon purchasing a subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PrismAlgo Expert Advisor on the number of MetaTrader 5 trading accounts specified by your plan tier:
Trial License: 1 MT5 trading account for the duration of the trial period.
Monthly License: Up to 2 MT5 trading accounts, renewed monthly.
12-Month License: Up to 3 MT5 trading accounts for 12 months.
Lifetime License: Up to 5 MT5 trading accounts with no expiry.
You may manage your authorized MT5 account numbers through your license portal at any time. You may swap broker accounts freely within your allocated slots.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the PrismAlgo EA; redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make the software available to third parties; use the software on more MT5 accounts than your license permits; circumvent, disable, or interfere with the license management or cloud-connection systems; use the software for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your affiliation with PrismAlgo or use our trademarks without written permission.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
PrismAlgo requires an active internet connection and communicates with our cloud servers for license validation, configuration updates, and adaptive trading parameters. The EA will not function without a valid cloud connection. We reserve the right to push updates, modify trading parameters, and adjust the system's behaviour remotely as part of our ongoing optimisation.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or cryptocurrency payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
12-Month and Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
Cryptocurrency payments may be eligible for a discount as displayed at checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-reversible.
Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and the software has been made available for download.
If you experience technical issues preventing the EA from functioning, please contact [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue. Refund requests based on trading performance or dissatisfaction with results will not be honoured, as trading results depend on market conditions, broker execution, account settings, and many factors outside our control.
Nothing on this website or within the PrismAlgo software constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content, including live results, performance data, and testimonials, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions. Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any results displayed on our website, including verified third-party results from services such as MyFXBook, represent historical performance under specific market conditions and broker environments. These results cannot and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or prediction of future performance.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading, simulated results do not represent real trades. Simulated trading programs are designed with the benefit of hindsight and may over- or under-estimate the impact of certain market factors.
By using PrismAlgo, you acknowledge and accept that: forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk; you may lose some or all of your invested capital; automated trading systems can experience technical failures, connectivity issues, and unexpected behaviour; no trading system can guarantee profits; and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and account management.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrismAlgo, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the software; any trading losses incurred while using the EA; technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues; unauthorised access to your account; or any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the software.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PrismAlgo shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrismAlgo and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the software; your breach of these Terms; your trading activities; or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
All content, software, code, algorithms, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with PrismAlgo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
PrismAlgo integrates with or references third-party services including, but not limited to: MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes), various forex brokers, MyFXBook, payment processors (Stripe, cryptocurrency providers), and VT Markets. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may: perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily affect availability; modify, update, or discontinue features of the software; and change pricing for future subscription periods with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of PrismAlgo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your license and access to PrismAlgo at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PrismAlgo shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Saint Lucia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
