    The full server name as MT5 shows it under File → Login to Trade Account, not only the broker's name.

    MT5 shows its build under Help → About. The PrismAlgo panel shows the EA version.

    Saved right after the problem, with its timestamp, plus any Journal lines.

    The ticket, for a trade question

    For a missing or unexpected trade, add the ticket and its Trade or History record.

Keep your license private. For a license question, write from the email on your order, and never post your license key in a public chat.
