1. About PrismAlgo

PrismAlgo ("we", "our", "us") is a cloud-connected algorithmic trading system that operates as an Expert Advisor (EA) on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. PrismAlgo is operated by Algorithmic Trading Solutions, Ltd, a company registered in Saint Lucia (Registration No. 2026-00164), with its registered address at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia. Our website is located at prismalgo.com.

PrismAlgo is a trading tool — not a financial advisor, broker, or fund manager. We do not manage your funds, execute trades on your behalf outside of the EA's automated functionality on your own trading account, or provide personalized financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PrismAlgo. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that forex and CFD trading is permitted in your country of residence.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using automated trading software and trading forex/CFDs complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

When you purchase a PrismAlgo license, you will be required to create an account. The Free Trial described in section 4 does not need a PrismAlgo website account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at service@prismalgo.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchasing a current paid plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PrismAlgo Expert Advisor on the number of MetaTrader 5 trading accounts specified by your plan tier:

Plan market access and account-slot limits are enforced by the license and cloud systems. Enabling a Gold or Bitcoin control locally does not provide those markets to a Starter license.

Free Trial: We may offer a free trial version of the PrismAlgo EA (the "Free Trial") so you can evaluate PrismAlgo before you buy. When you download it, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it under these Terms, on the following conditions.

(a) Demo accounts only: the Free Trial runs only on MetaTrader 5 demo accounts. It does not run on live or contest accounts.

(b) Forex only: it trades only the Forex markets of the Starter plan (the 28 Forex pairs). Gold and Bitcoin are not included.

(c) One trial per account: each MT5 account number can use the Free Trial once. The trial period is 14 days, counted from the first time that account connects to our cloud systems with the Free Trial. Reinstalling, re-attaching or downloading the Free Trial again does not restart or extend it.

(d) Wind-down and close: when the 14 days end, a wind-down period of about 48 hours begins. During the wind-down the Free Trial opens no new trade sequences, but it continues to manage the sequences already open, including their averaging trades and their closes. If the wind-down would end between Friday 20:00 UTC and Monday 00:00 UTC, it ends on the following Monday at 06:00 UTC instead. When the wind-down ends, the Free Trial closes at the market price any of its positions that are still open, as soon as MetaTrader 5 is running and the market is open, and then stops trading on that account.

(e) One computer at a time: the Free Trial for an MT5 account number runs on one computer at a time.

(f) Free of charge: we do not ask for payment details, and the Free Trial never becomes a paid plan or a charge.

(g) Licenses come first: an MT5 account number authorized on another valid PrismAlgo license, whether paid for, gifted or included free with a purchase, cannot use the Free Trial, and an account number that used the Free Trial can be authorized on a paid license at any time. The Free Trial's limits do not apply to a paid license.

(h) Changes: we may change, pause or end the Free Trial, or switch off a Free Trial version, at any time. A version that has been switched off stops trading and leaves its open positions as they are, without managing them, until you attach the current version; from 72 hours after the switch-off it may close the positions it still holds at the market price. To use the rest of your trial period, download the current version.

(i) Fair use: imitating the PrismAlgo EA, connecting to our cloud systems with anything other than an unmodified Free Trial EA, replicating, sharing, retransmitting or rebroadcasting the Free Trial's trades or trading decisions to any other account, person or service, or using extra MT5 accounts, computers or software to obtain more or longer Free Trials breaches these Terms, and we may end the Free Trial on the accounts involved. When we end the Free Trial on an account, it closes its open positions at the market price.

We keep a record of the MT5 account numbers that have used the Free Trial, to apply one trial per account. Trial licenses issued under the earlier trial program, retired on 10 August 2026, remained valid only until their original expiry.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the PrismAlgo EA; redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make the software available to third parties; use the software on more MT5 accounts than your license permits; circumvent, disable, or interfere with the license management or cloud-connection systems; replicate, share, retransmit or rebroadcast trades or trading decisions from PrismAlgo to any account not authorized under your license or the Free Trial, or to any other person or service; connect to our cloud systems with anything other than an unmodified PrismAlgo EA; use the software for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your affiliation with PrismAlgo or use our trademarks without written permission.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

6. Cloud Connection

PrismAlgo requires an active internet connection and communicates with our cloud servers for license validation, configuration updates, and adaptive trading parameters. The EA will not function without a valid cloud connection. We reserve the right to push updates, modify trading parameters, and adjust the system's behavior remotely as part of our ongoing optimization.

7. Pricing, Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Lifetime licenses bought on prismalgo.com are paid in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH) through our payment processor, Payerurl. Lifetime licenses are not sold by card on prismalgo.com. Card payments for the Monthly Subscription are taken by Whop (see below). By purchasing a lifetime license, you agree to pay the one-time fee associated with your chosen plan. The Free Trial is free of charge and never becomes a paid plan or a charge.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and the software has been made available for download.

The Free Trial lets you evaluate PrismAlgo on a demo account before you buy. It does not change this policy: once you buy a license, all sales are final.

If you experience technical issues preventing the EA from functioning, please contact service@prismalgo.com and we will work to resolve the issue. Refund requests based on trading performance or dissatisfaction with results will not be honored, as trading results depend on market conditions, broker execution, account settings, and many factors outside our control.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this website or within the PrismAlgo software constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content, including live results, performance data, and testimonials, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading or investment decisions. Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

10. Performance Disclaimers

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any results displayed on our website, including verified third-party results from services such as Myfxbook, represent historical performance under specific market conditions and broker environments. These results cannot and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or prediction of future performance.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading, simulated results do not represent real trades. Simulated trading programs are designed with the benefit of hindsight and may over- or under-estimate the impact of certain market factors.

11. Assumption of Risk

By using PrismAlgo, you acknowledge and accept that: forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk; you may lose some or all of your invested capital; automated trading systems can experience technical failures, connectivity issues, and unexpected behavior; no trading system can guarantee profits; and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and account management.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrismAlgo, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the software; any trading losses incurred while using the EA; technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues; unauthorized access to your account; or any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the software.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PrismAlgo shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrismAlgo and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the software; your breach of these Terms; your trading activities; or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, algorithms, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with PrismAlgo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

15. Third-Party Services

PrismAlgo integrates with or references third-party services including, but not limited to: MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes), various forex brokers, Myfxbook, Whop (for the Monthly Subscription) and our cryptocurrency payment processor (Payerurl). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

16. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may: perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily affect availability; modify, update, or discontinue features of the software; and change pricing or plan availability for future purchases with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of PrismAlgo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license and access to PrismAlgo at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PrismAlgo shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Saint Lucia.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
