Q: How is PrismAlgo different from other EAs?

Most EAs are a static file that runs the same fixed logic forever — and stops working when markets change.

PrismAlgo is a live system. Your EA is continuously connected to our cloud servers, receiving real-time instructions based on current market analysis. When we improve the strategy, every connected account benefits automatically — server-side strategy changes do not require a manual EA reinstall.

That cloud connection lets the strategy be maintained as market conditions change.

Q: Do I need trading experience?

No trading experience required.

Install the EA on your MT5 platform (we provide full instructions) and it handles everything automatically. Need help? We offer free remote installation assistance.

Q: What's the minimum account size?

Minimum supported balance: $1,000 USD-equivalent when using PrismAlgo's default Balanced risk mode.

Conservative mode requires $2,000 USD-equivalent. Aggressive mode has a $500 USD-equivalent technical minimum, but carries higher risk and should not be selected simply to make a smaller account trade.

These figures assume a broker that accepts 0.01-lot Forex orders. Brokers with a larger minimum lot require a higher balance. Gold and Bitcoin may require more depending on broker margin and contract specifications. If a calculated trade size is below the permitted minimum, PrismAlgo skips the entry and records a warning in MT5.

Q: Can I verify the results before buying?

Yes. PrismAlgo's live account is publicly tracked on MyFXBook, where you can review performance, drawdown and trading history before choosing a license.

Trading involves risk and past performance does not guarantee future results. We recommend starting on a demo account after purchase while you learn the settings.

Q: Can I use it on multiple accounts?

Yes. Your plan controls both simultaneous MT5 accounts and market access:

Starter — $299: 1 account, Forex only, with one successful account-number replacement per rolling 24 hours.
Complete — $999.95: 2 accounts, Forex, Gold and Bitcoin, with flexible account-number changes within the plan limit.
Lifetime VIP — $1,699: up to 5 accounts, all supported markets, flexible account-number changes and access to the private live customer trading room.

Q: How do I know the results are real?

Every trade is publicly verified on MyFXBook with a real live account — not demo, not backtest.

Q: Do paid plans renew?

No. Starter, Complete and Lifetime VIP are one-time lifetime purchases.

Current paid plans have no plan subscriptions, renewal dates or recurring plan charges. Legacy customers remain subject to the billing terms of the plan they originally purchased.

Q: Which brokers work with PrismAlgo?

Use a compatible MetaTrader 5 broker.
