Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use PrismAlgo and our website.
1. Who We Are
PrismAlgo is operated by Algorithmic Trading Solutions, Ltd, a company registered in Saint Lucia (Registration No. 2026-00164), with its registered address at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia ("we", "our", "us"). Our website is prismalgo.com. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at service@prismalgo.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly: your name, email address, billing address, phone number (optional), and account password when you register or make a purchase. We also collect your MetaTrader 5 account numbers when you activate your license.
Payment information: payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, Payerurl. We do not store cryptocurrency wallet keys on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations, amounts, and order references.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, we may collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and device information. This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
License and usage data: when you use the PrismAlgo EA, our cloud and connector systems may receive your MT5 account number, broker server name, connection and authorization status, balance or equity information, P&L, and limited position or execution data needed to deliver, monitor, support and display the service. We do not receive your broker password or withdrawal credentials.
Free Trial: to download the Free Trial you give us an email address. We use it only to send you emails about your trial: the download link, setup help, reminders and a notice before it ends. The trial still needs no website account. Along with it we keep the date you gave it, the dates of your trial emails, how often your download link was used and when it was first and last used, and a one-way code made from your IP address (only to limit how many addresses one connection can sign up). Apart from this record and the standard server logs described in section 5, we keep only a count of downloads. When the Free Trial EA connects, our cloud systems receive your MT5 account number, confirmation that it is a demo account, the IP address of the connection, a technical identifier of your MT5 installation (a one-way code made from your computer name, Windows user name and MT5 folder, which does not reveal them), and the dates your trial started, began its wind-down and ended.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the website to function, including WooCommerce session and cart cookies, WordPress login cookies, and security cookies. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our website. We may use Google Analytics or similar services, which collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services
We share your data with the following categories of third-party services, solely for the purposes described:
Payment processor: our cryptocurrency payment processor, Payerurl, processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Email delivery service: We send emails through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), provided by Amazon Web Services, using WP Mail SMTP. These emails are sent from service@prismalgo.com. Your name and email address are shared with this service for delivery purposes only.
Security and performance: Our website is served through Cloudflare, which acts as a proxy to protect the website and improve its performance, and runs Cloudflare Turnstile on our Contact form and the Free Trial download form to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request data for these purposes.
Website hosting: Our website is hosted on infrastructure that may process server logs containing IP addresses and request data.
Analytics: We may use analytics services that collect anonymized browsing data to help us improve our website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including: account and license data for as long as your account or license relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for support, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations; transaction records for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations; marketing consent records for as long as you remain subscribed; Free Trial records: the MT5 account numbers that have used the Free Trial, kept without a time limit to apply one trial per account, and the IP addresses, installation identifiers and connection log linked to each trial, kept for as long as needed to prevent abuse of the Free Trial; and website analytics data in anonymized form indefinitely.
Free Trial email addresses: kept while your trial emails are sent and deleted 12 months after the last one. If you stop the emails, we keep only your address, that choice and when you made it, so we don't email you again.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting service@prismalgo.com. Note that we may need to retain certain records for legal and tax compliance.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including: encryption of license data; HTTPS/TLS encryption for all website communications; secure cloud infrastructure with access controls; and regular security reviews of our systems.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access: request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Right to restrict processing: request that we limit how we use your data.
Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

9. International Data Transfers
PrismAlgo is operated from Saint Lucia. If you are accessing our services from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy.
10. Children's Privacy
PrismAlgo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
11. Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at service@prismalgo.com. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you transactional emails related to your account and license (e.g. purchase confirmations, legacy license expiry notices, critical service updates).
Free Trial emails are not marketing: they are only about the trial you asked for, and each one has a link to stop them straight away.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
